Penjelasan, contoh, dan Vocabulary humor dalam Bahasa Inggris

Well, itu namanya humor. Menurut saya, mood boster paling ampuh adalah humor. Karena yang namanya humor pasti lucu dong 😀
Artikel ini akan membahas mengenai humor, tapi versi orang Inggris. Yang mana akan dijelaskan mengenai humor, beberapa kosa-kata yang berhubungan dengan humor, juga ada latihan untuk melatih kosa-kata serta grammar dalam pembuatan contoh kalimat.

A. Humour
Humor adalah sikap yang dilakukan dengan tujuan membangkitkan rasa senang sehingga terpancing untuk tertawa. Humor atau kelucuan memiliki bentuk yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian orang mengekspresikan kelucuan mereka melalui: tulisan, bercerita, dan lebih tepatnya stand-up comedy. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, humor terjadi pada setiap individu dalam bentuk dan cara yang berbeda. Sebagai pelajar bahasa, khususnya bahasa inggris, kita perlu beberapa kosa-kata yang berhubungan dengan humor. Here are some vocabularies dealing with humor.

Note: A. Adjective – ADV. Adverb – IDM. Idiom – N. Noun V. Verb
Sense of humor : N. A sense of humor is the ability to experience humor.
Ex.: Dono has a great sense of humor.
To crack up : V. To lough uncontrollably, to lough a lot
Ex. : They were cracking up when watching Raditya Dika’s performance.
To giggle : V. To lough a little without opening your mouth very much
Ex : She smiles and giggles while watching comedy show
Amusing : A. entertaining, providing enjoyment
Ex. : Can you tell me an amusing story ?
Humorist : N. A person who writes or tells amusing story.
Ex. : My brother is humorist
Humorous : A. Funny, amusing
Ex. : The more humorous you perform, the more value you will get.
Comedy : N. 1. Any homorous discourse generally intended to amuse, especially in television, film, and stand-up comedy.
: N. 2. The amusing part of a situation
Ex. : I prefer Shakesphare’s comedy
Comedian : N. A person whose job is to make people laugh by telling jokes and amusing stories or by copying the behavior or speech of famous people.
Ex. : He is a professional comedian
A stand-up comedian : N. A person who entertains by telling a humorous stories and jokes; a professional comedian who performs live.
Ex. : Raditya Dika is my favorite stand-up comedian.
Silly : A. funny in a slightly stupid way; funny in a way which is not really intelligent or sophisticated.
Ex. : He always performe a silly comedy.
Twisted : A. 1) sick, sick, disgusting, abnormal 2) using sick or disgusting things in a humorous way.
Ex. : I don’t like kind of twisted humor.
Witty : A. 1) funny in an intelligent way 2) full of fast, humorous responses
Ex. : I know him becaose of his witty.

Find your own words dealing with HUMOUR and decide the classification of the words. Make your own sentences by the words. Make it five!
