A. Pengertian Contract Cancellation Letter (Surat Pembatalan Kontrak)
Contract cancellation letter atau surat pembatalan kontrak adalah surat berisi tentang penulis yang ingin/akan membatalkan kontrak, acara, atau perjanjian lain. Surat pembatalan ini ditulis dengan alasan yang valid, masuk akal, dan tidak menyinggung pembuat kontrak. Berikut adalah hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam menulis contract cancellation letter:
- Catat tanggal, nama organisasi dan informasi kontak saat menulis surat pembatalan.
- Penulis harus sopan dan netral.
- Perusahaan harus diberi tahu bahwa mereka tidak lagi memiliki izin apa pun dengan aktivitas apa pun yang terkait dengan akun nda (misalnya penarikan pembayaran atau layanan lain apa pun.)
- Surat pembatalan harus dicetak di atas kertas yang berkualitas baik.
- Harus terdapat tanda tangan asli bukan scan dengan alamat pengirim dan nomor kontak.
